2.2.5 Human Machine Interface (HMI)

The HMI enables the machine operator to interact with the control loop.

In this chapter we will learn about Human Machine Interfaces (HMI), which are interfaces with which a human can read out and operate a machine. Depending on how advanced they are, they can even read out PLC logic and reprogram them.
